    You are assured to be in safe hands with my 21 years experience of personal training. My knowledge base has developed not only from the thousands of hours training clients, but from being an absolute stickler for practicing what I preach too.

    I'm not a typical 'drill sargeant bootcamp' PT who will just make you sweat and feel exhausted after every session for the sake of it. You will certainly work hard with me and be held accountable to your goals, but this will be scaled suitably to your level in a methodical, structured & supportive fashion.

    I work mainly with city professionals, including CEO's, tech, law, finance, accountancy, insurance & healthcare, but have worked with people from all walks of life.

    I regularly coordinate with physiotherapists and osteopaths as the way I deliver my training is very suitable for rehabilitation.

    Online Personal Training delivers the benefits of in-person personal training for those who are unable to do training with me in person. 

    The personal training is completely bespoke. I don't believe in giving people cookie cutter routines, and this will help you  maximise your results. 

    I provide you with an exercise programme, nutritional & lifestyle support and weekly check-ins to insure you are moving successfully towards your goals.

    Videos are provided on how to perform the exercises and feedback is given to videos you share with me to help optimise your form.

    Having previously run the online training department for Ultimate Performance I know what it takes to get results from a distance.

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Self Defence Coaching

    Are you completely new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or have previously joined a class and even after months or years been left confused, frustrated and maybe even quit after realising the depth of everything you need to learn that has maybe not been explained optimally in class?

    I have been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 9 years and am a Brown Belt. In addition I did 5 years of Krav Maga which allows me to understand its elements in a self defence context, rather than just for competition.

    My 21 years of coaching experience has allowed me to break down and demystify many of the 'why's & the when' behind making your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technique work. I teach it to you in a more conceptual, logical & approachable format than just going through a menu of techniques.

    I’m not the biggest guy, so I’ve had to learn what techniques work against larger people even if you are a smaller human. This is very suitable for women too as it relies on leverage rather than just strength.
